I am still fighting my case with my previous employer. I am not happy that I was fed a fantasy while being psychologically brainwashed by other people's opinions and judgements during the last 10 years. I feel like my life was being determined and sadly, those fuckers got away with it. I know people say let it go and I have spoken to the Governor General's office and the Prime Minister's office and no one wants to help me. All they say go to a personal injury lawyer, no not only has the work environment affected me but the people around me as well including my family. I am at a loss and sadly my former employees will live in the fantasy world for the rest of their life and while my family and I have to suffer. I saw how my previous employer was trying to turn fantasy into reality in the Corporate world and people on the phone were escapist and some of them had no choice and some of them were perceived as lazy but it looked more like burn out and depressive exhaustion . Sadly, i have to suffer from other health issues after being gaslighted and harassed and bullied in front of the public and I have had weight gain and difficulty losing weight despite eating healthy (I have not had any sugar for the last 10 years).
These are the responses I received from the minister's offices. Contacting those offices will only give them a slap on the wrist and no one wants to help me. I don't want to live in this victim mindset but it's destroyed my mental health as well my brother's as well.
Thank you for your emails of 12 April 2021 to the Attorney-General and Minister for
Industrial Relations, Senator the Hon Michaelia Cash, regarding your experiences working
at the former Department. The
Attorney-General has requested that the Attorney-General’s Department respond to you
on her behalf. I apologise for the delay in responding.
I am sorry to hear of the experiences you outline and I appreciate the time you have taken
to write to the Australian Government on this matter.
Work health and safety (WHS) in Australia is largely harmonised through model WHS
laws. The majority of jurisdictions have implemented the model WHS laws, including the
Commonwealth. Western Australia and Victoria have similar laws in place. Each
jurisdiction, including the Commonwealth, is responsible for the implementation,
enforcement and regulation of these laws.
The definition of ‘health’ under the model WHS laws includes an express reference to
physical and psychological health. Sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace are
recognised hazards and risks to health and safety. Under the model WHS laws, a person
conducting a business or undertaking, such as an employer, has a duty to ensure that all
persons in the workplace, including workers, are not exposed to health and safety risks.
This duty requires risks to health and safety to be eliminated or minimised so far as is
reasonably practicable, including the risk of bullying and sexual harassment. Under the
model laws, workers and other persons at a workplace also have a duty to ensure their acts
and omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons while at work.
This includes not subjecting others to sexual harassment or bullying.
Bullying complaints can be directed to the relevant jurisdictional work health and safety
regulator, who can also deal with concerns about workplace sexual harassment and other
psychosocial risks. In relation to conduct inside a Commonwealth government department,
the work health and safety regulator is Comcare, who can be contacted on 1300 366 979.

Preventing and addressing workplace sexual harassment is a priority for the Australian
Government. The Australian Human Rights Commission’s Respect@Work Report made
55 recommendations for policy and legislative reforms to better prevent and respond to sexual
harassment. The Government’s response to the report, which was released on 8 April 2021, has
committed to a range of measures at the Commonwealth level to address and prevent sexual
harassment in Australian workplaces.
You may be interested to know that WHS Ministers met on 20 May 2021 to finalise their
response to the Review of Model WHS Laws. As part of their response, Ministers agreed to
amend the WHS Regulations to deal with how to identify the psychosocial risks associated
with psychological injury.
I note your request for a Royal Commission. Royal Commissions are a form of non-judicial
and non-administrative governmental investigation, and are only established in exceptional
circumstances. Royal Commissions are established by the Governor-General, in accordance
with the Royal Commissions Act 1902 (Cth) and on the advice of the Government, to inquire
into matters of public importance. The Government of the day determines the need to request
a Royal Commission.

What's the point of having a Governor General, it's nothing more than a title so they can kiss the queen's old hairy ass.
The annoying thing is that I have been handballed from Fairwork Ombudsman to Comcare back to Fairwork and back to comcare and then my local Member of Parliament is saying go to a Attorney General and Attorney General is saying contact the Governor General and they are saying go back to comcare and your local member of parliament.
