The full version turned out to be not so bad, probably in 2019 I would have been delighted. But over the years, such a sound has become very tiring. It even began to cause annoyance , but there's nothing you can do now, progressive trance is like this now, sooner or later this sound will be replaced by another one.

well if it really evolves in cycles, I'd consider current period to be the next iteration from 2000s trance - the overall mood of the tracks got darker in recent years (thank god), we hear a lot of records with the classic-trance-alike melodies etc (of course, the arrangements are different but the vibe is still there). so the next step should be what happened early 2010s when the cheesy EDM chords and feel-good pop-styled vocal tunes flooded the scene. so I wouldn't count much on what comes next
