Hoff Summers is not a feminist icon. She's actually anti-feminist and closer to far-right ideals from the likes of Milo. She opposes the gender wage gap, Title IX, supported Gamergate, and isn't fully on-board with abortion as a human right (instead, a "moral dilemma"). Her beliefs: are just like the manifesto which got James Damore fired from Google. There's a reason she is receiving praise from men's rights activists and is buddies with Jordan Peterson: because she is not a feminist. Author, philosopher with impressive academic credentials - sure. Feminist, heck no.
Hoff Summers is a first/second generation feminist, and also a true scotsman 😄 She's an equity feminist to be precise. and not onboard with what comes after that. She has denied the gender PAY gap, precisely because that doesn't exist. its an EARNINGS gap, not a PAY gap. and a very prevasive (post second gen) feminist myth.

Abortion ís a moral dilemma. - Do I terminate human life, even if its unborn? - Do I take a way a woman's bodily autonomy even though it would mean no human life is (willfully) terminated? Thats a moral dilemma... She, and I are onboard with the latter side of that dilemma, and both pro-choice (and that by the way, includes accepting and respecting the choices most woman voluntairily make when it comes to things like stem)
Personally, irl I wouldn't bad an eye if someone watched a couple videos of Jordan Peterson, especially from his pre-crazy era. I'd even give them some leeway if they read 12 Rules and got something out of it. That's a very easy rabbit hole to fall into, though, and someone who is an ardent follower of Jordan Peterson/Crowder/Shapiro/Andrew Tate (no, I won't separate them, to me all 4 of them are equals) would give me reeeeally weird vibes. And no, no one is going to tell you "you're a sexist misogynist" to your face, but you will notice people getting a weird vibe from you.
Unless they're just like you, in which case you're probably deep within the far right cult and don't give a shit.
ah yes. I'm the enemy now 😄

Agree with me -> or you're the enemy. Look, I've said this once and i'm going to conclude with this.. Its you, who's in the cult here. That^what you just wrote, is cult behavior 101 @dmgtz96

- This is why you refuse to seperate Peterson and this Andrew Tate guy even though they're (demonstrably) nothing alike. (JP wouldn't pick a 55 kilo girl up "by her titty" to give you an actual misogynistic remark by Tate)
- This is why Alt-right/White supremacy and Men's Rights Activists are mentioned in the same breath even though they're not in any way the same.
- This is why even though I've asked you repeatedly, you couldn't articulate of give me a proper example of woman-hatred being taught in the aforementioned motivational video's on alpha-men behavior. in fact I had to give you one ^up there, and it wasn't Peterson or any of the content -copypaste- money grabbing motivational clone channels, who said that😄, yet he's the same in your mind.

All you do is go: "But They're Satan and Evil and Alt-right and everything under the sun that i hate and give me reaaaaaally wierd vibes.. it feeels so icky". All is "the enemy of the taught doctrine"

Ok 🤷‍♂️

Tbh Jordan Peterson and Tate will go down as some of the biggest grifters from recent years. But yes, apparently I'm the one in the cult.

I do not have to point out obvious misogyny that these guys engage in. Jordan Peterson supports historical/biological social structures, which is a conservative and thus misogynist perspective.

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

ok dude....
In the US, conservative/republican men hide their politics in dating apps because they don't get dates due to their political beliefs.
Someone found Richard Spencer's profile, where Spencer listed himself as a "moderate."

ok, seen as we're going to continue with this. Lets go.

first.

yes you do, So far you've just been screetching "mysogyny" (which is a pretty heavy term meaning lítteral hatred of women) at all everything under the sun that isn't your specific camp of (social) feminism. Even calling someone like Hoff Summers a no true scotsman. This is a bit like a West Boro Babtist Church goer proclaiming God hates everything including moderate churches that disagree with him on (x) minute gospel issue. You'll have to do better then that (and you probably can) and make the proper case. not just assert and repeat.

Jordan Peterson supports historical/biological social structures
No, He accepts that they exist, which they do, and explains why they exist. and, among which, why pushing ideologies that try to top down get rid of them. (so basicallly don't acknowledge them/ incorporate them), Like the brand of feminism you seem to be a part of, lead to the opposite effect. Namely an increase in gender differences instead of a decrease.

Peterson is, for instance, very much on board with woman having the abbility to choose their own path in life, (and has even helped plenty women with advancing their carreers) calling it: "bringing in as many people as possible in the same game" Which is in no way any sort of medival wife-beating esq social structure.

in the US, the majority of conservative men don't have or have to use dating apps to find a spouse and the one's that do don't use the same as their democrat counter parts.

also: Richard spencer is not a conservative/republican. He's an Alt-right/Facist and mostly votes democrat, like Biden 2020.

As much as I've enjoyed our interactions over the past couple of days, I just wanted to point out that The Right Stuff is failing epically, as have all other right-wing dating apps.

Also, in the US, the stereotypical Trump supporter/Republican is not a gigachad that goes to the gym. Instead, it's usually a tone-deaf college student from a very wealthy family, or an overweight middle-aged/old white dude who wishes he had gone to the US military.

oh i'm not at all surprised. Its because said dating apps are just not a sustainable market for that demographic. like I said, most conservatives don't use or have to use dating apps 😄 especially those looking to start a family, instead of engaging in hookup culture til their 40.

It is indeed a níce group within that side of the political spectrum that does and seen as yes, most dating apps and usage of those are popular in predominately liberal US areas like New York or Los Angeles. So it makes sense for "Bodega bro's " there or just visiting there (who don't have much of a problem banging liberal girls despite their ideological preference) to go alter their profiles a bit.

which, coïncidently, is also how you end up with amazing cope articles and blogs like these:

concluding with: "I sleep with a Trump supporter every night, but I am happy to have a lover who is different, as I love to talk a lot with my lover." —A liberal married woman

or:

or:

.. which in most instances could be described as quite liberal and feminist leaning.

(Raw) Sexual attraction between humans is not a political thing not matter how much people like to think it is. it is at best a bit cultural and mostly evolutionairy/ biological.

Yeah Its also not precisely the submissive male-feminist quote on quote soyboy who beliefs in things like "toxic masculinity"m8, 😄 Seen as buff, able bodied and muscular men are sort of the anti-thesis of that. Also: I have visited Austin (lovely city by the way!) and didn't see any sign of that during my stay 🤷‍♀️, But you know, keep Austin wierd, so you might be right. But even if I where to take your word for it that, in your specific area of the US woods, it is, It doesn't say a thing about for instance: Arizona or Michigan or what have you.

Omg I hate that those articles exist. But they predate the overturning of Roe v Wade. Nowadays you'd be insane to data a Trump supporter as a woman unless you're extremely conservative yourself.

Austin is one of the most liberal cities in TX (possibly the most liberal) with a solid professional workforce. Plenty of people there are interested in fitness and enjoy outdoor activities. If anything, Austin is *too* liberal to the point that the rich white people working tech jobs and the minorities that have been living in Austin since forever are heavily segregated. But that's a rant for another day.

the couple we stayed at actually where teachers in one of those areas, but had to quit due to age. The amount of seperation they described to me borders that of Cape town.

Lol dunno man, lived there for a while and visit every year (will be there next week), and it is not that bad. Just your standard gentrification of popular cities. Austin is a cool place and everyone wants to live there so yeah the prices go up on housing and people get pushed out, same as any city.

There isn't anyone better to tell you that opinion imo. I-35, the highway that goes through the city, is pretty much the line of segregation.

that's the whole point lmao when guys take andrew tate at face value they just end up sounding cringe

his mom drops off pre-made lunches at his part-time job
her: okay then what are you doing?
him: getting rich
her: uhh cuz I've literally begged you to start a business so many times and you just keep working at your dad's landscaping company, and most times you don't even show up there, and he calls me to ask where you are
her: he physically lost his license and refuses to go to the DMV to get a new one
man-childs, all of them. Well-adjusted dudes don't subscribe to Andrew Tate.

Andrew Tate is the guy dudes turn to when society is failing them, but society isn't failing them because of radical feminism (or feminism in general). He's like alternative medicine that only makes the symptoms worse

I agree that Tate makes things worse. but disagree that (radical) feminism isn't failing young men.

If you have an dominant paradigm/overall narrative that (so to speak) basically tells you you're a worthless rapist, every women is holy and unquestionable and you should just make way and shut up all the time.. how do you think that in the long run affects men? How do you think that affects their self-worth?

And i'm not talking you and me, I'm talking especially the vunerable, impressionalbe one's who're already not very far up the dominance hierarchy ladder? proto-candidate incels if you want.

Now again, aside from the discussions here and elsewhere which I find interresting I don't really care about incels, I think its a bit of natural selection etc. But I don't see how the idea that feminism isn't what has caused this or at the very least heavily contributed is in any way viable.

Andrew rate is basically the monster (radical) feminism created.
