Jetflag you are doing it once more, making comparisons with god and fairies as if the it’s fair and relevant. Cheap and disingenuous.
Aliens is a highly unlikely, but ultimately valid option, that appears to have legitimate support. Fairies are an impossible, imaginary option with obviously no support.
Whatever the UAP are, it should and must be identified. I expect the notion that it might be alien to be put to bed, and those at high positions that have been circulating this to be held accountable. We need the prosaic explanations that have been suggested to be proved, and quickly.

fairies are small, invisible mythical beings with wings:
-plenty of myths in this world..(speaks for itself)
-plenty of biology involving wings..(birds)
-plenty of things invisible... (air)
Aside from their most reasonable characteristics, they also have with plenty of "eye witness testimoties" by people who're also expert in the field of astrology! why would they lie? why won't you trust them?
Show me the papers! Show me the scientific papers that PROVE they have no support, and that they CANNOT exist and/or visit us!
edit: @Manofearth In case you hadn't figured it out by my glaring sacrasm^, the point behind the fairy analogy was to highlight where the error/ dishonesty in TwinSilo's argument lies when he askes me to provide him with papers that properly prove aliens don't exist/can't visit us..instead of him doing the proving, which is what he should do, being the claim bearer of visitation between the two of us..
not to make a direct comparison between the two concepts in and off themselves...

You are free to believe what you believe, it is interesting because it is either a story of actual alien reality or the most insane hallucination he and his friend share together, and it can be nothing else. You believe one I believe the other. I know that by now we must have a new Wikipedia entry for this kind of hallucination if it is so, because it is so widespread and so specific, that it is as common as the cold. A true UAP hallucination epidemic 
. I look forward one day to science confirming and describing this common hallucination experience as fact, which should be an easy task considering how many people it inflicts.

Just thought I'd pre-empt anyone posting this as it's all over the news at the moment.
It's a presentation of supposed 1000 year old mummified alien bodies presented to Mexican congress.
Did a little digging, and the guy behind these claims is notorious UFOlogist, journalist and serial bullshitter Jaime Maussan, who has form for these types of claims.

No this guy knows what he's doing, he is a grifter looking for some spotlight off the back of the UAP hearings. This wasn't an official government hearing like the US one, so all the swearing to oath is symbolic and is not subject to punishment, meaning convincing looking fake aliens can be paraded up without any oversight or repercussions if bullshit
What's really fucking gross is that people have stuff like bones, tissue, ligaments, blood vessels, organs, and actually fucking assembled it together, even putting biological EGGS inside of them, including possible fallopian tubes. They say they have sent this data to be analyzed by "respected and trusted sources" but that has to be horseshit, because they would see through this frankenstein instantly. They'd see the damn glue mashing the bones together for start

This nonsense should be put aside so we cant get back to finding out what UAP are and also get to the bottom of Grusch and everyone else's claims. I am sick of hearing both the believers and sceptics produce no answers for 3 years. The UAP have to be something and if its not alien as is claimed then debunk it like per usual. If it's balloons or hang-gliders just conclude that already so we can move on, how hard must that be. And if these intelligence figures hav been lying and misleading us this whole time then tooo expose them as the liars they are.
I see NASA announced on Thursday that they have joined the investigation and appointed their own director and department to study UAP. It appears they take it seriously and are also at a loss for explanations. They mentioned all sorts of sensor systems and whatever so maybe they will be finally be the ones to tell us. Baffling that it has to got to their level to begin with and that those sensors were not used to begin with.

You can see them doing that here. Benetiz states that it shows a "complete skeleton" (not assembled) and also that it used to be a living thing. If thats true then fuck knows what is going on.
The credentials of the man who states this (taken from the news) - "Dr. Jose Salce Benitez, who has 30 years in the Mexican Navy, is currently the director of the Navy's Scientific Health Institute, and the former director of the Navy's Medical Forensic Service." Not your average hoaxer.

Love this thread. Love how @jetflag just tries to put so much gravity on people to attempt to force them back down to earth.
Everyone would love to think aliens have visited us. This is part of the problem, and they’re probably not aware of it enough. A bit like wishful thinking leading them to things that seem to prove the truth on something whereas it’s just proving to others who can see that, that thats what the person wants to exist but not what does 100% exist. I like @LostLegend quote, as if any alien existed and chose to come here. They’d be entering a war. And so many wars are present because of all the crap people are prepared to believe.
